St. Tammany Parish Library Presents Reinventing Government The St. Tammany Parish Library, Covington branch, presents a continuation of the program called Reinventing Government with Bob Maurice as facilitator. The next meeting’ topic is entitled “New Ideas for a Congress: Could a Unicameral (One-House) Legislature Be the Answer?” All topics discussed will be apolitical, that is, there will not be any endorsement of any particular party, movement, or issue. Please join a learned and experienced group of individuals (including a former U.S. Administrative Law Judge) as they discuss the following topics:
Mr. Maurice holds an undergraduate degree in Humanics (Human Relations) from Missouri Valley College, an associate degree in Mechanical Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a graduate degree in Educational Administration from the University of Rochester, N.Y. The next meeting date is Tuesday, February 23, 2010 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. at the Covington branch library. Other Reinventing Government meeting dates are scheduled as follows:
