St. Tammany Parish Library Kid's Page- Storytime Suggestions

Try to be punctual and regular in attendance: please do not interrupt storytime.
If your child becomes disruptive, please be courteous of the storyteller and other children and step outside the storytime area or meeting room.
Be sure your child has been to the bathroom.
Please leave toys and food at home.
Talk to your child to let them know what they will do at storytime: listen to stories, sing songs, and have fun.
Encourage your child to select some books to take home. This will help your child become a "reader" and library user.

Take some time to read to your child every day.
