  • Construct new 20,000 SF Community Library.
  • Facility should house approximately 46,000 items.
  • Provide approximately 80 parking spaces.

  • Construct a new 78,000 SF Regional Library.
  • Facility should house approximately 294,000 items.
  • Provide approximately 312 parking spaces.
  • Provide a café/Friends Bookstore adjacent to the lobby.
  • Provide a meeting room to seat 300 patrons.
  • Provide an Auditorium to seat 150 patrons.
  • Provide a small conference room.
  • Provide a variety of Group Study Rooms.
  • Provide Technology Lab.
  • Provide a Distance Learning/Homework Center.
  • Provide a Children’s Story-time room.
  • Provide an area for Teens.
